companies. Not only do we structure and originate financial transactions,
but we can provide asset management services to include the release or sale
at the end of a lease, the disposal of an asset with attendant leases out
of a portfolio, and the organization and implementation of ongoing technical
reviews. On the commercial side, other capabilities include industry and
airline analysis, airline acquisition analysis, airline joint ventures and
capitalization or recapitalization for existing carriers and new entrants.
