C.N. (Pete) Seidlitz, President

Pete is the Founder and President of Bristol Associates, Inc. He began his career working as an investment consultant in commercial real estate, then as an executive with several aircraft leasing companies. Over the past 40 years at Bristol, Pete has been involved in a broad range of aircraft transactions, ranging from advising on and remarketing for private and public debt entities in airline bankruptcies to large fleet dispositions for major airline clients. His expertise and experience have been centered on placing aircraft for both airlines and financial institutions in challenging markets.

Pete currently serves as an Independent Controlling Trustee of four Aircraft Securitization Trusts, all of which are publicly held vehicles which invest in commercial aircraft. He is also a director of Preferred Growth LLC, a Chicago-based real estate investment fund managed by JP Morgan. Former Board positions include Director of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), Chairman of the ISTAT Foundation, Director of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), and Chairman of the NDTA Finance Committee. Pete received a BA from Stanford University and, after serving as a US Army officer in Vietnam, he earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Sean Lancaster, Vice-President

Sean is Vice President of Sales at Bristol Associates Inc. He joined Bristol in 1990 managing the day-to-day operations of the executive aircraft and commuter aircraft sector divisions. He also participates in the re-marketing of large cabin commercial aircraft for aircraft equipment owners and leasing companies.

Between 1985 and 1990, Sean managed the sales research department and worked in aircraft sales for Universal Jet Sales/Consolidated Airways, a company offering worldwide executive aircraft charter and aircraft sales.

Sean Lancaster, Vice-President

Sean is Vice President of Sales at Bristol Associates Inc. He joined Bristol in 1990 managing the day-to-day operations of the executive aircraft and commuter aircraft sector divisions. Rachel Frye, Managing Director, Marketing and Technical

Rachel has more than 25 years experience in the aviation industry in a variety of senior roles around the globe.

Over the past fifteen years, Rachel has advised airlines, banks, manufacturers, VC and hedge funds, the Royal Air Force, lessors and various government entities on a variety of areas within the aircraft finance sector, from fleet restructuring and associated technical issues, to portfolio management including deal origination, structuring and risk assessment

Rachel has vast experience in advising and managing single and multiple aircraft remarketing and transition projects for lessors and banks and previously held a seat on the UBS Advisory Board for aviation based closed end funds in London.

James (Ed) McNair, Managing Director

Ed specializes in Aircraft Marketing and Sales focusing primarily on commercial airline, operations, finance, and sales worldwide. Ed is a hands-on, value-focused advisor who has been especially effective in assisting the transaction process for emerging airlines. He has more than 30 years experience managing projects focused on virtually all aspects of aviation, including acquisition, disposition, and financing of used commercial aircraft.

Prior to joining Bristol Ed worked in the airline industry and served as a fighter pilot in the USN.

Nikita D’souza, Marketing Communications Coordinator

Nikita joined the marketing team at Bristol Associates, Inc. in 2018. She supports senior management by using market research to inform and build marketing communications strategies for a global audience.

Nikita earned her master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Georgetown University and has an undergraduate degree in Business Management.

Rebecca Easley, Director of Operations

Rebecca is Director of Operations at Bristol Associates and has been with Bristol for over thirty five years. She has been instrumental in the task of managing the operations and administrative needs of the company, while assisting in the daily management of a growing international aviation consulting firm. Rebecca is responsible for accounting practices and procedures and reports directly to the President. Her daily tasks consist of administering procedures and practices including managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments including invoicing, payments and expense reconciliation; as well as Human Resources tasks to consist of hiring, creating and maintaining personnel files, background checks, payroll and employee insurance enrollments. Rebecca attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she attained her Bachelor’s degree in French with a minor in Sociology.
